When do orders get shipped with tracking numbers?

Once you place your order please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process and ship it out. After your order is shipped you should receive it in the timeframe chosen at checkout (weekends and holidays are not included). It is our priority to get regular orders out as quickly as possible.

How do pre orders work?

Please understand that Pre order items are all custom made orders and have a process time of 2-5 weeks before getting shipped. Due to COVID-19 and winter and holiday season, the process time may vary 6-8 weeks instead of the normal 2-5 weeks (WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS NOT INCLUDED).

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers will be available once the order has been fulfilled.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for pre order items to be custom made before receiving a tracking number.

All orders are shipped through USPS/UPS deliveries and typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your door depending on location and state. Overseas orders may take longer.

Please note, once we ship your order we are not held responsible for USPS/UPS deliveries. Any delivery issues with USPS/UPS must be handled with USPS/UPS as we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier they are responsible for claim & locating packages.

If you do not accept your package and it is returned to the sender (Hidden Bliss Official) you must cover reshipping fees to have the package returned to you with the shipping courier of your choice.
